2022 Hardship Tour Dingle the Republic of Ireland
Extra travel day by the non flying party lead to a night it the swinging port of Holyhead! Day One With a ferry crossing to Dublin on a Monday morning. The lounge bar was closed so we had it almost to ourselves. With the exit time from the terminal taking much longer than planned for, our meet up at Kerry Airport was slightly later than planned. We however make the connection and made it to our base for the week, on the marina front in Dingle. Our only meal out was taken at much busier bar a few doors down the road. Day Two The weather was mixed with strong winds, making the Atlantic coast both challenging to walk and spectacular viewing. I was taken by the marked differences in colour of the, what I believe is glacial moraine. Day Three A day in and around Dingle and its marina Day 5 Atlantic coast day.
